- Carry enough suitable clothes and the right kind of shoes for the tour.
- Advisable baggage: a rucksack / mid-size trolley, as luggage may need to be moved to the backup vehicle or accommodation.
Payment & Terms
- Advance: 25% at the time of booking. Balance due on Day 1 after the trip begins.
- Prices are on a per-adult basis. Infants (1–5 years) are free of cost.
- Children (age 5–12 years): Rs. 1,000 per day for Deluxe package & Rs. 2,000 per day for Premium package per child.
- Rates may fluctuate with any change in services / hotels. The cost difference shall be borne by the client in case of any amendment in the package (increase in guests, hotel change, etc.) before the trip begins.
- Homestays / hotels are subject to availability. If unavailable, travellers will be accommodated in a property of similar standard.
- Get Set Jui reserves the right to rearrange the itinerary due to any kind of disturbance (weather, political, or other), without changing the total number of days and without compromising any service.
- If the tour requires extension due to weather, political, or unforeseen situations, additional expenses (stay, vehicle & other expenses) must be borne by the client.
- Cancellation: 50% of the paid amount is refundable if cancelled 30 days before the trip.
- Within 30 days of the trip: no refund will be given.

Difference Between Deluxe and Premium Package
Both packages cover the same itinerary, transport and experiences. The difference is mainly in stay quality and comfort:
- Deluxe — comfortable, well-reviewed hotels / homestays with clean rooms and essential amenities. Great value for money.
- Premium — higher-category stays with better locations, larger rooms, stronger views and extra comfort touches. Ideal if you prefer a more relaxed, upgraded stay.
Meals (breakfast) and the day-to-day plan remain the same in both. Choose Premium if stay quality matters more to you; Deluxe if you want the full trip at a sharper price.
Criteria for Children and Infant
Children (5–12 years) are charged a fixed daily add-on (₹1,000/day Deluxe · ₹1,500/day Premium) and each child occupies one vehicle seat.
Infants (below 5 years) usually travel free of the package rate when sharing with parents, but still need to be mentioned at booking so we can arrange seats and safety needs. Meals and extra bedding for infants, if required, are on actuals.

What is the cancellation policy?
Our standard cancellation policy is:
- 30 days or more before departure → 75% refund
- 15 days before departure → 25% refund
- Less than 15 days / rest → No refund
Refunds are processed after deducting any non-recoverable advances already paid to hotels or transport partners. For group or custom trips, terms may be confirmed in writing at booking.
