Crystal-clear Phudung river. Smooth boulders. Absolute silence broken only by flowing water. Three days into Arunachal's most untouched corner — and back before the week ends.
Crystal-clear waters. Smooth boulders you can walk barefoot across. Absolute silence except for flowing water. The Phudung river is the kind of place you describe badly to people who weren't there.
The valley hosts a government sheep farm that doubles as the most unlikely luxury viewpoint in Arunachal. Rolling meadows, pine ridges, and mountain air so clean it genuinely changes how you feel by morning.
On your final day you'll visit Bhairabkund — the sacred confluence at India's border with Bhutan. Few tourists get here. The drive through Shergaon's horticulture farms is a bonus you will always remember.

Yes, the Bhisum Phudung river trek is a moderate walk rather than a technical trek. You walk alongside and across the river on smooth boulders. It requires basic fitness and good footwear — waterproof trekking shoes or sports sandals with grip are recommended. The guide handles everything; no prior trek experience required.
Breakfast is included for both mornings. Lunch and dinner are not included because we want you to enjoy local food along the route at your own pace. There are good local eateries and dhabas at every stop. Budget approximately ₹300–500 per person per day for meals. Your guide will recommend the best local options.
Carry a rucksack or mid-size trolley — you may need to transfer luggage at certain points. Layered warm clothes, waterproof jacket, and good grip shoes for the river trek. Basic medications recommended. We provide a first-aid kit throughout. Consult your physician before the trip if you have any medical conditions.
If you cancel 30 or more days before the tour start date, you will receive a 50% refund of the paid amount. If you cancel within 30 days of the tour, no refund will be given. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for trip cancellation coverage.
