Apple orchards in Shergaon. A 600-year-old stone village. Sela Pass at 13,700 ft. Bumla Pass on the Indo-China border. Three full nights in Tawang and the Monastery on Day 6. The most complete version of the Tawang and Shergaon circuit.
Day 2 passes through Thembang, one of the oldest living heritage villages in Arunachal Pradesh. The fortified stone settlement dates back 600 years and is listed as a UNESCO tentative heritage site. Most Tawang tours skip it entirely. This one does not.
Days 4, 5 and the morning of Day 6 are all in Tawang. Local sightseeing, the full Bumla Pass excursion, and Tawang Monastery on a dedicated morning — without rushing any of them. Three nights, unhurried.
Day 5 is fully dedicated to the high-altitude excursion: PT Tso Lake, Bumla Pass at the border, and Madhuri Lake. The Bumla Pass permit is included. At 15,200 ft, this is the highest and most dramatic stop on the circuit.

7TS has one extra day over 6TS. Tawang sightseeing is split across Days 4 and 5 — Day 4 covers local sights (Giant Buddha, Ani Gompa, Urgelling, market) and Day 5 is the full dedicated Bumla Pass excursion. 7TS also includes the Thembang Heritage Stone Village on Day 2, which is not in 6TS. You spend 3 nights in Tawang instead of 2.

Breakfast is included for all 6 mornings. Lunch and dinner are not included. Budget Rs. 400-600 per person per day. Your guide will recommend local options at each stop.
